Description

Your Opportunity: This position reports to the Area Manager and provides general administrative support services within Athabasca Addictions and Mental Health Services. The primary focus of the role is being the first point of contact for clients requesting services and professionals requesting information or consultation, in addition to maintaining the schedules for clinical staff within the office and data entry into various AHS approved information systems. Additionally the position is responsible for reception duties, maintains wait lists for appointments, file creation and maintenance, including filing and archiving; maintenance of print and other resources, photocopying, verifies and follows up on inventory and equipment requests (e.g. supply order) and office organization. Completes timekeeping/payroll data entry and follows up on discrepancies. Generates reports, prepares information, creates documents and correspondence. Description: As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications: As Required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Addiction & Mental Health care or settings with transferable experiences is preferred. Knowledge of Connect Care is an asset.
